Any person that is aggrieved by a violation of this chapter may bring an action to enjoin the 
violation, or for restitution, or both. The court may award the plaintiff the plaintiff's actual 
restitution or a sum up to two thousand dollars, whichever is greater. The court may award the 
plaintiff costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney's fees. This section does not limit any other 
claims the person may have against the debt-settlement provider or any third party subject to 
this chapter.
