Warrants on state's attorney's contingent fund

All disbursements from the state's attorney's contingent fund must be made in the usual 
manner by the county treasurer upon the warrant of the county auditor. The auditor's warrant 
must be executed and delivered in the amount and to the person designated by the order of the 
state's attorney.
