Call of special meeting of shareholders

1. A publicly traded corporation shall hold a special meeting of shareholders upon the 
demand of its shareholders as provided in section 10 -19.1-72, except that, regardless 
of the purpose for the meeting, the shareholders demanding the meeting must own 
beneficially ten percent or more of the voting power of all shares entitled to vote on 
each issue proposed to be considered at the special meeting.
2. The articles or bylaws of a publicly traded corporation may not restrict:
a. The period during which shareholders may call a special meeting of 
shareholders; or
b. The business that may be conducted at a special meeting.
