Filing of application for withdrawal for foreign cooperatives

An application by a foreign cooperative for withdrawal must be delivered to the secretary of 
state. If the secretary of state finds that the application conforms to the provisions of section 
10-15-52.4 and that all fees have been paid, the secretary of state shall endorse on the original 
application the word "filed", and the month, day, and year of the filing and issue a certificate of 
withdrawal to the cooperative or its representative. Upon the issuance of the certificate of 
withdrawal, the authority of the cooperative to transact business in this state ceases.
