Validation of foreclosure sale without notice of intention

Any sale of real estate heretofore or hereafter made upon the foreclosure of a mortgage 
executed prior to July 1, 1919, is declared legal and valid for all purposes though no notice of 
intention to foreclose has been given or served as required by section 32-19-20.
