To commemorate the ending of slavery in the United States, the nineteenth of June of each year is designated and established as Juneteenth for the state of North Dakota. 01-03-19. Right-To-Life Day. To celebrate the right-to -life, reaffirm the dignity and value of every human being, and to give thanks for the gift of life, the twenty -second of January of each year is designated and established as Right-To-Life Day.
