The following definitions apply in this Article: (1) COVID-19. - The disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. (2) Person. - An individual; corporation; nonprofit corporation; business trust; estate; trust; partnership; limited liability company; sole proprietorship; association; joint venture; government; governmental subdivision, agency, or instrumentality; public corporation; or any other legal entity.
