Every private personnel service shall maintain for a period of two years, the following records: (1) Job orders or job specifications. (2) Executed applicant contracts. (3) Information on all placements made, including the employer's name and address; name and address of applicant placed; salary of the position; amount of fee charged; and refunds, where applicable.
