(a) Each person desiring to obtain a license under this Article shall apply to the Board upon the form and in the manner prescribed by the Board. Each applicant shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the Board that the applicant: (1) Is of good moral character; (2) Has not engaged or is not engaged in any practice or conduct that would be a ground for denial, revocation, or suspension of a license under G.S. 90-270.60; (3) Is qualified for licensure pursuant to the requirements of this Article. (b) A license obtained through fraud or by any false representation is void.
