North Carolina Code § 86B-24

Application for examinations; payment of fee.

Each applicant for an examination shall do all of the following:
(1) Make application to the Board on forms prepared and furnished by the Board, and the application shall contain proof of the particular qualifications of the applicant.
(2) Pay to the Board the required fee.
