(a) All requirements relating to the coverage of prescription drugs and pharmacy services under this Chapter that apply applicable to health benefit plans are applicable to a pharmacy benefits manager managers in the same way they are applicable to an insurer. (b) Article 63 of this Chapter, Unfair Trade Practices, is applicable to a pharmacy benefits manager in the same manner as it is applicable to an insurer.
