An LLC may merge with one or more other eligible entities if both of the following requirements are met: (1) The merger is permitted by the law governing the organization and internal affairs of each other merging entity. (2) Each merging entity complies with the requirements of this Part and to the extent applicable the law other than this Part governing the organization and internal affairs of each merging entity.
