As used in this Article, the following meanings shall apply: (1) Commission. - The Post-Release Supervision and Parole Commission. (2) Department. - The Department of Adult Correction. (3) Justice and Public Safety Appropriations Committees. - The Senate Appropriations Committee on Justice and Public Safety and the House of Representatives Appropriations Committee on Justice and Public Safety. (4) Program. - The Alcoholism and Chemical Dependency Treatment Program. (5) Secretary. - The Secretary of the Department of Adult Correction.
