Nothing in this Part shall be construed to authorize the possession, transportation, or use of any slot machine, video gaming machine, or electronic machine or device prohibited pursuant to G.S. 14-304 through 14-309. (2019-13, s. 2.) Article 38. Marathon Dances and Similar Endurance Contests.
