(a) Besides the Chair, the Board of Trustees shall elect from its own membership such officers as it sees fit. (b) A majority of the voting members of the Board of Trustees in office shall constitute a quorum. Decisions of the Board of Trustees shall be made by a majority vote of the Trustees present, except as otherwise provided in this Article. (c) The Board shall meet at least quarterly. Meetings may also be called by the Chair, or at the written request of three members.
