(a) The operations and continuing need for a temporary manager shall be reviewed by the court every 30 days following the appointment of the temporary manager. (b) The court may order the replacement of a temporary manager upon a showing that the temporary manager has mismanaged the long-term care facility. (c) The court shall order the termination of the temporary management upon the recommendation of the Department or upon a showing that the conditions leading to imposition of the temporary management have been resolved. (d) When a long-term care facility is returned to its owner, the court may impose conditions to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
