Qualified disabled working individuals are eligible for the payment of the Medicare Part A premium. An individual is qualified for this payment: (1) If the Social Security Administration determines the individual to be a "Disabled Working Individual"; (2) If the individual's income is less than two hundred percent (200%) of the current federal poverty level, as revised annually; and (3) If the individual is less than 65 years of age.
