§ 44-a. Liability of employer; silicosis or other dust diseases. The\nemployer in whose employment an employee was last exposed to an\ninjurious dust hazard shall be liable for the payments required by this\nchapter when disability or death of the employee shall be due to\nsilicosis or other dust disease.\n
