§ 327. Application of other provisions of chapter. All the powers and\nduties conferred or imposed upon the chairman and board by this chapter\nthat are necessary for the administration of this article and not\ninconsistent therewith are, to that extent, hereby made applicable to\nthis article. The several rights, privileges and obligations set forth\nin other articles of this chapter, and not inconsistent with the rights,\nprivileges and obligations provided herein, are deemed incorporated in\nthis article and are made a part hereof.\n
