* § 232. Fees for testimony of physicians, podiatrists, chiropractors,\ndentists, psychologists and health care providers. Whenever his or her\nattendance at a hearing, deposition or arbitration before the board or\nthe chair's designee, pursuant to section two hundred twenty-one of this\narticle, is required, the attending physician or attending podiatrist or\nattending chiropractor or attending dentist or attending psychologist or\nattending certified nurse midwife of the disabled employee, except such\nphysicians as are disqualified from testifying pursuant to subdivision\none of section thirteen-b, or section nineteen-a of this chapter, and\nexcept such podiatrists as are disqualified from testifying under the\nprovisions of section thirteen-k, and except such chiropractors as are\ndisqualified from testifying under the provisions of section thirteen-l,\nand except such psychologists as are disqualified from testifying under\nthe provisions of section thirteen-m, or health care provider shall be\nentitled to receive a fee in accordance with regulations of the chair.\n * NB Effective until January 1, 2028\n * § 232.
