* § 153. Annual report. The board shall on or before the first day of\nFebruary in each year make an annual report in writing to the governor,\nstating in detail the work it has done in hearing and deciding cases and\notherwise.\n  * NB Effective until January 1, 2028\n  * § 153. The board shall on or before the first day of\nFebruary in each year make an annual report in writing to the governor,\nthe temporary president of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, and\nthe chairs of the senate and assembly standing committees on labor,\nstating in detail the work it has done in hearing and deciding cases and\notherwise. Such reports shall include the number of providers who\nrendered medical care or treatment under this chapter in the prior\ncalendar year, the completion rate for provider training required by the\nboard pursuant to section one hundred forty-one of this article, and an\nanalysis of the degree to which new providers are successfully complying\nwith this chapter and implementing regulations.\n  * NB Effective January 1, 2028\n
