§ 43. Determination of claims for benefits. The provisions of section\ntwenty of the workmen's compensation law shall be applicable as fully as\nif set forth in this chapter, except that the waiting period of seven\ndays for the presentation of claims for benefits shall not apply to the\npresentation of claims for benefits under this chapter.\n
