§ 3-310 Abolition of separate or municipal boards. If a resolution or\nlocal law is adopted by the board of trustees abolishing any separate\nboard, the abolition of such board or boards shall take effect\nimmediately. The clerk of the village shall forthwith notify the\nmembers of such board or boards in writing and they shall within ten\ndays deliver to the clerk of the village its records, books and papers;\nand shall also within the same time deliver to the treasurer all funds,\nand to the mayor all other property in its possession or under its\ncontrol.\n
