§ 46. Appeals. The provisions of section twenty-three of the workers'\ncompensation law shall be applicable as fully as if set forth in this\nchapter except that reimbursement following modification or recession\nupon appeal shall be paid from administration expenses as provided by\nsection sixty of this article.\n
