Notification of non-resident commercial operator convictions

§ 514-c. Notification of non-resident commercial operator convictions.\nWithin ten days of the conviction of: (a) any holder of a commercial\nlearner's permit or a commercial driver's license issued by another\nstate for any violation of state or local law regulating traffic, other\nthan a parking, stopping or standing violation, committed while\noperating a motor vehicle in this state; or\n  (b) any holder of a driver's license issued by another state for any\nviolation of state or local law regulating traffic, other than a\nparking, stopping or standing violation, committed while operating a\ncommercial motor vehicle in this state, the commissioner shall provide\nnotice of such conviction to the state which issued such holder's\ncommercial learner's permit, commercial driver's license or driver's\nlicense.\n
