Preservation of consumer protection statutes

§ 468. Preservation of consumer protection statutes. Nothing contained\nherein shall in any way be construed or interpreted to modify, limit or\naffect the full powers and duties heretofore or hereafter granted to\nconsumer protection agencies created by statute or regulation enacted by\nstate, city, county or local municipalities and the rights of consumers\nto make complaints thereto, it being the intent of this article to\nprovide for the settlement and/or determination of disputes under the\nfranchised motor vehicle dealer act as between franchisors and\nfranchised motor vehicle dealers as defined herein.\n
