§ 399-g. Regulations. The commissioner shall promulgate such rules and\nregulations as are necessary to effectuate the provisions of this\narticle. In addition to any requirements expressly authorized by this\narticle, such regulations may include but not be limited to requirements\nand standards with respect to: delivery agencies and instructors;\nclassroom facilities; suspension or revocation of approval; appeal of\nsuspension or revocation; course administration and advertising;\nmonitoring of courses and instructors; and reevaluation of course\neffectiveness pursuant to section three hundred ninety-nine-f of this\narticle.\n
