§ 358. Otherwise violating article. Any person who violates any\nprovision of this article for which another penalty is not prescribed by\nlaw shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ninety days or\nby a fine of not less than one hundred dollars or more than one thousand\ndollars or both.\n
