§ 2284. Registration record. Upon receipt of sufficient application\nfor registration of an ATV, as provided in this article, the\ncommissioner shall enter upon the records of the department the\nregistration of such vehicle under the distinctive number assigned to\nsuch ATV as provided in this article.\n
