Residential parking system in the town of Harrison

§ 1662-c. Residential parking system in the town of Harrison. 1.\nNotwithstanding the provisions of any law to the contrary, the town\nboard of the town of Harrison may, by adoption of a local law or\nordinance, provide for a residential parking permit system and fix and\nrequire the payment of fees applicable to parking within the area in\nwhich such parking system is in effect in accordance with the provisions\nof this section.\n  2. Such residential parking system may only be established:\n  (a) Within the area of the town of Harrison generally bounded by the\nfollowing:\n  beginning at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Broadway; running\nnorth on Harrison Avenue to Davenport Street; thence running east on\nDavenport Street to Oakland Avenue; then running north along Oakland\nAvenue to the intersection of Macy Road; running thence north on Macy\nRoad to the intersection of Macy Road and South Road and Sunnyside\nAvenue; running thence west along Sunnyside Avenue to Sunnyside Place;\nthence north to Emerson Place; thence along Emerson Place to Emerson\nAvenue north to Hyatt Avenue; thence west on Hyatt Avenue to Harrison\nAvenue; thence south on Harrison Avenue to Webster Avenue; thence west\non Webster Avenue to Crotona Avenue; thence south on Crotona Avenue to\nCalvert Street; thence east on Calvert Street to Broadway; thence south\non Broadway to the intersection of Harrison Avenue, the place of\nbeginning.\n  (b) Within the area of the town of Harrison generally bounded by the\nfollowing: beginning at the intersection of Harrison Boulevard and\nVeterans Memorial Drive; thence running east on Harrison Boulevard to\nPearl Avenue; thence running south on Pearl Avenue to Harrison Street;\nthence running west on Harrison Street to Willow Street; thence running\nsouth on Willow Street to Elmwood Avenue; thence running east on Elmwood\nAvenue to Underhill Avenue; thence running south on Underhill Avenue to\nLocust Avenue; thence running east on Locust Avenue to Main Place;\nthence running north on Main Place to Parkview Avenue; thence running\nwest on Parkview Avenue to White Plains Avenue; thence running north on\nWhite Plains Avenue to High Street; thence running east on High Street\nto Kingston Avenue; thence running north on Kingston Avenue to Main\nStreet; thence running west on Main Street to White Plains Avenue;\nthence running north on White Plains Avenue to Taylor Avenue; thence\nrunning west on Taylor Avenue to Gainsborg Avenue; thence running north\non Gainsborg Avenue to Harrison Street; thence running east on Harrison\nStreet to Woodside Avenue; thence running north on Woodside Avenue to\nJefferson Street; thence running west on Jefferson Street to Park\nAvenue; thence running north on Park Avenue to Washington Street; thence\nrunning west on Washington Street to Lakeview Avenue; thence running\nsouth on Lakeview Avenue to Jefferson Street; thence running west on\nJefferson Street to Gainsborg Avenue; thence running north on Gainsborg\nAvenue to Washington Street; thence running west on Washington Street to\nLake Street; thence running south on Lake Street to Veterans Memorial\nDrive; thence running south on Veterans Memorial Drive to its\nintersection with Harrison Boulevard, the place of beginning.\n  (c) Within the area of the town of Harrison consisting of the\nfollowing roadways:\n  (i) Ann Street from Pearl Avenue to the dead end;\n  (ii) Dey Street from Ann Street to the dead end;\n  (iii) Edward Street from Pearl Avenue to the dead end;\n  (iv) Main Street from Underhill Avenue to the border with the city of\nWhite Plains;\n  (v) Underhill Place from Underhill Avenue to the dead end;\n  (vi) Park Place from Underhill Avenue to the dead end;\n  (vii) Locust Avenue from Main Place to the dead end;\n  (viii) Parkview Avenue from Main Place to the dead end;\n  (ix) High Street from Kingston Avenue to the dead end;\n  (x) Spring Lake Drive from High Street to the dead end;\n  (xi) Clark Place from White Pl
