§ 115-d. Environmental emergency response vehicle. Every designated\nvehicle operated by an agency of the state or a political subdivision\nthereof, charged with the responsibility for environmental protection,\nwhile engaged in a response to a report of an emergency resulting from\nan actual or potential release, spill or leak of, or other exposure to,\nhazardous substances.\n
