Non-judicial personnel; accounting; oath; bond

§ 111. Non-judicial personnel; accounting; oath; bond.\n  (a) Accounting. The accounting for and payment over of fees, including\nthose received by an enforcement officer in connection with the service\nor execution of a process or mandate of the court, shall be as provided\nby law applicable in the municipality or to the particular non-judicial\nemployee or officer.\n  (b) Oath. Before entering upon the discharge of his official duties,\neach non-judicial employee shall take the oath of office prescribed by\nlaw and file it in the office of the county clerk. The same requirement\nshall be applicable to an enforcement officer whose oath of office does\nnot otherwise embrace the duties imposed on him by § 110 of this act.\n  (c) Bond. With such oath as is required to be filed by subdivision (b)\nshall be filed a bond, in an amount fixed and approved by the municipal\nboard, conditioned for the faithful performance of duty.\n
