§ 908. Pleadings; verification.\n Verification of pleadings shall be governed by the CPLR, except that\nif a pleading be not formal it need not be verified. The court in such\ninstance may require a formal pleading as provided in subdivision (e) of\n§ 902, and order its verification.\n
