Judge before whom defendant arraigned or tried

§ 2009. Judge before whom defendant arraigned or tried.\n  An accused person need not be arraigned or tried before the judge\nsigning or issuing the summons or warrant, but may be arraigned or tried\nbefore any judge of the court; provided, however, that whenever trial\nhas been commenced, it shall be continued and concluded by and before\nthe same judge before whom it was commenced, except as hereinbefore\nprovided.\n
