Section 1--105. Severability.\n If any provision or clause of this act or its application to any\nperson or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect\nother provisions or applications of this act which can be given effect\nwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end the\nprovisions of this act are severable.\n
