Continuation of transportation coordinating committees; committee membership

* § 401. Continuation of transportation coordinating committees;\ncommittee membership. 1. The Mid-Hudson south transportation\ncoordinating committee is continued, with voting membership to include:\n  (a) the Westchester county executive;\n  (b) the Putnam county executive;\n  (c) the chairman of the Rockland county legislature;\n  (d) the mayor of the city of Yonkers, whose tenure of membership shall\nbe determined by the Mid-Hudson south transportation coordinating\ncommittee;\n  (e) the chairman of the metropolitan transportation authority; and\n  (f) the commissioner of the New York state department of\ntransportation.\n  2. The Nassau-Suffolk transportation coordinating committee is\ncontinued, with voting membership to include:\n  (a) the Nassau county executive;\n  (b) the Suffolk county executive;\n  (c) the chairman of the metropolitan transportation authority; and\n  (d) the commissioner of the New York state department of\ntransportation.\n  3. The New York city transportation coordinating committee is\ncontinued, with voting memberhsip to include:\n  (a) the chairman of the New York city planning commission,\nrepresenting the mayor of the city of New York;\n  (b) the commissioner of the New York city department of\ntransportation, representing the mayor of the city of New York;\n  (c) the chairman of the metropolitan transportation authority; and\n  (d) the commissioner of the New York state department of\ntransportation.\n  * NB Expired June 30, 1983\n  * NB There are 2 § 401's\n
