§ 36. Article not affected if in part unconstitutional or ineffective.\nIf any section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision of\nthis article shall be unconstitutional or be ineffective in whole or in\npart, to the extent that it is not unconstitutional or ineffective, it\nshall be valid or effective and no other section, subdivision,\nparagraph, sentence, clause or provision shall on account thereof be\ndeemed invalid or ineffective.\n
