§ 220. Short title. This article shall be known as the "grade crossing\nelimination act of nineteen hundred seventy." However, sections of the\ntransportation law falling within this article may be cited either as\nsections of the transportation law or as sections of the "grade crossing\nelimination act of nineteen hundred seventy."\n
