Agricultural and farmland viability protection fund

* § 99-pp. Agricultural and farmland viability protection fund. 1.\nThere is hereby established in the joint custody of the comptroller and\nthe commissioner of taxation and finance a special fund to be known as\nthe "agricultural and farmland viability protection fund".\n  2. Such fund shall consist of all revenues received pursuant to the\nprovisions of paragraph (b) of subdivision one of section eighteen\nhundred fifty-nine of the public authorities law and all other moneys\nappropriated, credited, or transferred thereto from any other fund or\nsource pursuant to law.\n  3. All moneys deposited in the agricultural and farmland viability\nprotection fund shall be available for agricultural and farmland\nprotection activities pursuant to article twenty-five-AAA of the\nagriculture and markets law.\n  4. Monies shall be payable from the fund on the audit and warrant of\nthe comptroller on vouchers approved and certified by the commissioner\nof agriculture and markets.\n  * NB There are 3 § 99-pp's\n
