Assisted living residence quality oversight fund

* § 99-l. Assisted living residence quality oversight fund. 1. There\nis hereby established in the joint custody of the comptroller and the\ncommissioner of health a special fund to be known as the "assisted\nliving residence quality oversight fund".\n  2. Such fund shall consist of all moneys collected by the department\nof health pursuant to article forty-six-B of the public health law. Any\ninterest earned by the investment of moneys in such fund shall be added\nto such fund, become a part of such fund, and be used for the purpose of\nsuch fund.\n  3. Moneys of such fund shall be available to the department of health\nfor the purpose of carrying out the provisions of article forty-six-B of\nthe public health law. Additionally, five hundred thousand dollars shall\nbe available to the state office for the aging for the long term care\nombudsman program for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of\narticle forty-six-B of the public health law.\n  4. The moneys of the fund shall be paid out on the audit and warrant\nof the comptroller on vouchers certified or approved by the commissioner\nof health.\n  * NB There are 2 § 99-l's\n
