* § 99-ff. Parks retail stores fund. 1. Notwithstanding sections\neight, eight-a and seventy of this chapter and any other provision of\nlaw, rule, regulation or practice to the contrary, there is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of tax and finance a parks retail stores fund, which shall\nbe classified by the state comptroller as an enterprise fund, and which\nshall consist of all moneys received from private entities and\nindividuals from retail operations at state parks, recreational\nfacilities and historic sites operated by the office of parks,\nrecreation and historic preservation.\n 2. Moneys within the parks retail stores fund shall be made available\nto the commissioner of parks, recreation and historic preservation for\nservices and expenses relating to the operation of retail stores and in\nsupport of the sale of retail goods at state parks, recreational\nfacilities and historic sites.\n * NB There are 2 § 99-ff's\n
