* § 97-oooo. Basic health program trust fund. 1. There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the comptroller and the commissioner\nof taxation and finance a fund, to be known as the "basic health program\ntrust fund".\n  2. Such fund shall consist of moneys transferred from the federal\ngovernment pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 18051(d) for the purpose of reducing\nthe premiums and cost-sharing of, or providing benefits for, eligible\nindividuals enrolled in the basic health program, established pursuant\nto section three hundred sixty-nine-gg of the social services law.\n  3. Upon federal approval, all monies in such fund shall be used to\nimplement and operate the basic health plan, pursuant to section three\nhundred sixty-nine-gg of the social services law, except to the extent\nthat the provisions of such section conflict or are inconsistent with\nfederal law, in which case the provisions of such federal law shall\nsupersede such state law provisions.\n  * NB There are 2 § 97-oooo's\n
