* § 97-eee. Education library account. 1. There is hereby established\nin the joint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of\nthe department of taxation and finance an account of the miscellaneous\nspecial revenue fund to be known as the education library account.\n  2. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary,\nthe state comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to receive for\ndeposit to the credit of the education library account, fees, including\ncharge backs to other state agencies and department units; fees charged\nto public or private entities or individuals for services including\nlicenses or certificates; fines for overdue or lost materials; charges\nfor services and data interpretation; donations; sales of excess library\nproperties; sales of photocopies, microform, data discs, publications or\nother printed or electronic information, including copies of electronic\ninformation purchases from public or private sources for resale to other\npublic or private entities or individuals; and public or private funds\nreceived as payment in lieu of honorarium for services rendered by state\neducation department employees which are related to such employees'\nofficial duties or responsibilities.\n  3. Moneys of this account, following appropriation by the legislature,\nshall be available to the state education department for services and\nexpenses of the state library.\n  * NB There are 2 § 97-eee's\n
