* § 95-f. The Eighth Air Force Historical Society fund. 1. There is\nhereby established in the joint custody of the commissioner of taxation\nand finance and the comptroller, a special fund to be known as the\nEighth Air Force Historical Society Fund.\n  2. Such fund shall consist of all revenues received pursuant to the\nprovisions of section four hundred four-v of the vehicle and traffic\nlaw, as added by chapter four hundred eighty-three of the laws of two\nthousand four, and all other moneys appropriated, credited, or\ntransferred thereto from any other fund or source pursuant to law.\nNothing contained in this section shall prevent the state from receiving\ngrants, gifts or bequests for the purposes of the fund as defined in\nthis section and depositing them into the fund according to law.\n  3. Monies of the fund shall be expended for the provision of veterans'\ncounseling services provided by local veterans' service agencies\npursuant to section fourteen of the veterans' services law under the\ndirection of the department of veterans' services.\n  4. To the extent practicable, the commissioner of the department of\nveterans' services shall ensure that all monies received during a fiscal\nyear are expended prior to the end of that fiscal year.\n  * NB There are 2 § 95-f's\n
