Metropolitan transportation authority capital assistance fund

§ 92-ii. Metropolitan transportation authority capital assistance\nfund.  1. There is hereby established in the custody of the comptroller\na special fund to be known as the metropolitan transportation authority\ncapital assistance fund.\n  2. Such fund shall consist of any monies directed thereto pursuant to\nthe provisions of section three of part UUU of chapter fifty-eight of\nthe laws of two thousand twenty and to the provisions of section three\nof the part of the chapter of the laws of two thousand twenty-five which\namended this subdivision.\n  3. All monies deposited into the fund pursuant to part UUU of chapter\nfifty-eight of the laws of two thousand twenty and the part of the\nchapter of the laws of two thousand twenty-five which amended this\nsubdivision shall be paid to the metropolitan transportation authority\nby the comptroller, without appropriation, for use in the same manner as\nthe payments required by section two of such part, as soon as\npracticable but not more than five days from the date the comptroller\ndetermines that the full amount of the unpaid balance of any payment\nrequired by section three of part UUU of chapter fifty-eight of the laws\nof two thousand twenty and by section three of such part of the chapter\nof the laws of two thousand twenty-five which amended this subdivision\nhas been deposited into the fund.\n
