* § 92-gg. Subway assistance fund. 1. There is hereby established in\nthe custody of the comptroller a special fund to be known as the subway\nassistance fund.\n 2. The subway assistance fund shall consist of any monies directed\nthereto pursuant to the provisions of section four of part VV of the\nchapter of the laws of two thousand eighteen which added this section.\n 3. All monies deposited into the subway assistance fund pursuant to\npart VV of the chapter of the laws of two thousand eighteen which added\nthis section shall be paid to the metropolitan transportation authority\nwithout appropriation, for use in the same manner as the payments\nrequired by subdivision (b) of section two of such part, as soon as\npracticable but not more than five days from the date the comptroller\ndetermines that the full amount of the unpaid balance of any payment\nrequired by subdivision (b) of section two of such part has been\ndeposited into the subway assistance fund.\n * NB There are 2 § 92-gg's\n
