§ 66-l. Certificates of participation executed and delivered by the\nstate of New York bond bank agency on behalf of a political subdivision.\nThe provisions of this article shall not apply to certificates of\nparticipation executed and delivered by the state of New York bond bank\nagency on behalf of a political subdivision as provided for in section\none hundred nine-b of the general municipal law and section twenty-four\nhundred thirty-five-a of the public authorities law.\n
