§ 46-a. Notwithstanding any provision of this act to the contrary, the\ncounty may convey property or tax liens to the Suffolk County Landbank\nCorporation pursuant to article 16 of the not-for-profit corporation law\nfor such consideration and on terms and conditions as the county and the\nlandbank may determine.\n
