§ 33. The following acts and parts of acts are hereby repealed:\nsubdivision three of section fifty-nine of chapter sixty-two of the laws\nof nineteen hundred and nine, as added by chapter five hundred and\nnineteen of the laws of nineteen hundred and eighteen and amended by\nchapter one hundred and eighty-nine of the laws of nineteen hundred and\nnineteen; chapter one hundred and thirty-eight of the laws of nineteen\nhundred and ten; chapter eighteen of the laws of nineteen hundred and\neleven; and chapters one hundred and forty-seven and four hundred and\ntwenty-eight of the laws of nineteen hundred and nineteen.\n
