§ 810. Application of article to fiduciaries heretofore appointed\n The provisions of this article shall apply to fiduciaries heretofore\nappointed and to trusts created before this act takes effect except that\nits provisions shall not affect in any manner the liability of sureties\non bonds theretofore executed.\n
